TAG-IT Receives Three Coveted Competencies
Germantown, MD - July 1, 2007 - TAG-IT, a mid-Atlantic IT integration firm today announced that it has achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status, the highest level of recognition for Microsoft partners. Through its certification accreditation process, TAG-IT earned three highly coveted competencies: Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker and Mobility Solutions.
“Achieving Microsoft Gold status just six months after becoming a partner is a testament to our diligence, expertise and desire to grow our business,” said Chip Burns, president of TAG-IT.
In an in-depth study recently conducted by IDC and published in February 2006, findings indicated that Microsoft partners that have earned the Information Worker competency have outperformed comparable industry benchmarks on 12 of the 14 key performance indicators measured, including revenue growth, customer growth, capacity utilization and daily bill rates.
“Our gold Microsoft Gold status will allow us to grow our clients businesses while at the same time grow our own,” said Burns. “The speed with which our Gold Status was achieved clearly shows that we are forging ahead to become an IT integration force in the mid-Atlantic region.”
